BRIDGE THE GAP

Bridge the Gap is a 6-week intensive program created by masters in the industry to help increase your service value and improve your confidence behind the chair. We have carefully crafted six 1-day modules addressing the hair services that most stylists struggle with – especially in the first two years.
Are you fresh out of hair school and needing a bit more coaching? 
Have you been working in a salon for a hot minute but feel you lack confidence behind the chair?
Are you coming back to hair after a hiatus? 
If you answered yes to any of these, this is the course lineup for you! We have planned out an a la carte style course pack, allowing you to select, 1, 3, or all 6 courses at your discretion. In these intimate settings, you will work 2-1 with a master stylist currently in the industry to refresh, refine and revive the foundational skills you’ve already developed! ​
COURSE DETAILS
  • 6-one day weekly Modules
  • Sundays from 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Kharma Salons in the Reflections Building in Langford. 
  • 123-2745 Veterans Memorial Parkway. 
  • Free parking behind the building just off Hoffman. 
  • 30-minute lunch break each day - there are a few food places close by, but we recommend bringing a packed lunch.
  • Coffee & tea will be provided.
​Included:
  • All colour products and foils
  • Mannequin heads can be provided at a reduced rate, however there is an $80 model fee and you will be responsible for finding someone for all model days and any courses requiring one.
  • At the end of each course, you will receive a certificate and swag bag! 
 
Not included:
  • Hair tools are not available on site, so please make sure to bring all supplies needed as mentioned in each course description as well as a notebook and a pen.
 
Important notes:
  • Read through course requirements carefully so you are as prepared to learn! 
  • Class starts at 10:00am prompt, so please give yourself time to get situated before then so we can stay on schedule.
