On Point has a 2 student to 1 instructor ratio for all classes. A course outline with model times will be emailed out once On Point receives your deposit. There is a $50 per model fee should you require our help arranging your models. This is available for purchase on our classes page. To become certified with On Point Brow Academy, you will be required to pass your written exam with a minimum of 75%. You will also need to submit 5 Before + After photos of your clients lashes or brows within 6 weeks after completion of the course. Your instructor will provide feedback and grade you on your submissions.
All courses require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your seat.

Our fully insured Microblading instructors at On Point located in beautiful Victoria, B.C have been trained by numerous highly reputable companies such as Biotouch Canada, Phi Brows, Everlasting Brows, Deluxe Brows, as well as countless talented artists from around the world. They are trained to use machines as well as microblading, perform eyeliner and lip procedures and specialize in corrective work. When our instructors are not teaching, they are performing services on clients.

Microblading, also referred to as brow feathering, is the fastest growing service within the industry today. Brow Microblading is a semi-permanent manual tattoo method that allows us to recreate, correct and improve the appearance of natural eyebrows.
Microblading uses a manual pen with a thin blade that deposit’s pigment just below the outermost layer of skin. This forms thin natural looking hairs, results are natural looking and typically last for 1-2 years. Combining machine shading with microblading - which is taught in our advanced class - will extend the time between touch ups as the brows are more saturated with color. This is ideal for clients with oily skin and larger pores, clients with very minimal hair and for client's that prefer a more dramatic/ filled in brow. You will however need to complete our beginner Microblading training or be certified through a reputable company to sign up for the advanced class at On Point. |
Our Academy offers a comprehensive 2 day Brow Microblading Certification course for those wanting to become an expert in this highly profitable career.
- Your manual is sent out weeks in advance to study and your first day will consist of going over any questions you may have in the manual, watching a live instructor demo followed by practice of hair stroke patterns on paper and fake skin.
- You will have a week to continue to practice before working on two live models with your instructors assistance on day 2.
- Unlike most other programs, you will find, our master trainers have experience specializing in semi-permanent makeup design and education.
- You will also get the necessary information that covers everything from social media, photo taking, promoting your work and business, insurance, being compliant with your local health authority and much more.
- On point has created a curriculum that dives deep into the theory and the necessary safety procedures, which is paired with practice on live models.

You will have hands on practice with more live models (2) than any local course offered, will watch a live demo by one of our instructors and our educators are available for ongoing support and one on one training should you need further assistance mastering your craft.
This is a 2 day intensive hands on class.
Tuition is $2195 for group training and $2695 plus GST for a private 1 on 1.

Advanced Microblading
(Pre-Requisite required - Previous Beginner Microblading Certificate) Further your skills to learn machine techniques allowing you to offer a variety of techniques to your clients. Learn color correction techniques for clients with pre-existing tattoo's, add shading with microblading or on its own for better retention and added drama-especially for clients with minimal hair or oily skin. An instructor demo will be performed and you will work on two live models with our instructor's help. Included: Manual, Machine and machine components, needles and caps, pre-draw pencil, colour wheel, micro swabs, fake skin, corrector pigments, rings and cups, aftercare. We’ve designed a curriculum that leaves students with confidence and motivation to begin their new lash career. We limit the class to 2 students per instructor, with an option to have a one-on-one education experience.
